How to install Photoshop Brushes ?

In this tutorial we'll show you one of the methods to Install Photoshop Brushes that you found on our site or some place else. This method is commonly used, no matter what Photoshop version you are running (7.0, CS, CS2, CS3) the method stays the same.

Step 1

Start your Photoshop and click on ‘Brush Tool’.

Step 2

Click on top brush menu next to brush size to open Brush Preset picker.

Step 3

When Brush Preset picker is open, click on arrow in the right top corner.

Step 4

From drop down menu select ‘Load Brushes…’

Step 5

In Browse Window locate file on your computer -> Select the file (NOTE: Brush files have .ABR extension) -> and press ‘Load’.

FINAL Step

Once loaded your brushes will appear last in your Brush Preset picker.
